Our Irish Chicken Supplier

All of our bone in Irish Chicken is sourced from our trusted supplier Manor Farms in Co. Cavan. Like ourselves Monor Farm is a family run business, they retain total control over all stages of the chicken production process – all here in Ireland. Their hatchery is Irish Department of Agriculture approved, ACP registered and their processing facility is one on the most modern in Europe. It’s no wonder they were the 1st Irish Chicken company to be awarded the Bord Bia quality mark!

Our Irish Turkey Supplier

All of our Free Range Irish Turkeys (& Geese) are sourced from our trusted supplier Feighcullen Farm in Co. Kildare. Here owner Billy Gray and his family are passionate about sustainable farming, the practice of rearing our livestock for food in such a way that is beneficial to both the consumer and animal alike in terms of health and welfare as well as the environment. We like this approach and we believe you can taste the difference!

Our Irish Pork Supplier

All of our Irish Pork is sourced from F.X. Buckleys in Dublin. A family run business since 1930. They adhere strictly to their founders motto ‘Meat Par Excellence’ by delivering the highest-quality, naturally reared Irish pork from farm to fork. They work with traditional artisan crafts people and farmers, to source the finest quality products money can buy. Like Bergins, F.X. Buckleys are steeped in a long history of quality and service in the Irish meat industry.

Our Irish Duck Supplier

All of our Irish Duck is from Silver Hill Farm, a family company founded over 50 years ago in Co. Monaghan. All aspects of duck production are owned and controlled by Silver Hill Farm. Ducks are hand reared and fed on a natural diet. Much of the success of Silver Hill Farm lies in their unique Hybrid duck. Continually developed over the years, to produce a duck that is full of flavour, succulent, tender and consistent in its quality. This breed is exclusive to Silver Hill Farm.

Our Irish Game Supplier

All of our Irish Game is sourced from Wild Irish Game in Co. Kildare. At the heart of their business lies a real love for wild, traditional foods and a great respect for all species. They are dedicated to ensuring all of their meat and game is sourced from respected suppliers who share their philosophy. All their wild game is sourced exclusively from approved Irish hunting grounds, within strictly defined seasons, and is fully traceable by date, location and name of the hunter.

Another Irish supplier, founded by the Geary family in 1982, Pallas Foods is one of the top food service distributors on the island of Ireland with a vast portfolio of more than 12,500 products. It is here we source an array of products to service our busy deli counters at

Bergin Family Butchers.

Millbrook Foods has a rich tradition in the Irish catering, wholesale and food manufacturing sector. Established over 90 years ago, this ISO Quality accredited company, like us prides itself on stringent high standards. It is here we source many of our sauces, marinades, condiments and sundries.

Liffey Meats was established in a small town in Co. Monaghan over a century ago. Like Bergin Family Butchers, the ethos of the business is firmly based in customer satisfaction coupled with extensive industry knowledge, experience and passion. It is here we source a number of our sundry products for our butchery and deli operations.
